Aspire Servicing Center, the loan servicing area for Aspire Resources Inc., is looking for a representative to provide support to the customer service unit by taking incoming calls and providing exemplary service to private loan applicants. Additionally, the representative backs up the mail support unit as needed by printing reports and customer mailings and processing outbound mailings on a high-speed inserter.

Job Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will:
- Take incoming calls and make outgoing calls to loan applicants.
- Process applicant correspondence and respond to email requests.
- Assist applicants by troubleshooting online application issues.
- Underwrite private loan applications using established underwriting criteria during peak season.
- Process guarantor repurchase and onboarding and conversion of loans.
- Operate high-speed production printer and inserter to print reports and mailings and to process outbound mailings.
- Ensure outbound mail has correct postage using a postage meter and allocate postage expenses to the applicable department.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

The qualified candidate will:
- Have outstanding oral communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability work with minimal supervision.
- Be task-oriented and a dependable team player.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher preferred.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Keyboarding of 30+ WPM.
- Proficiency in general PC skills including Windows-based programs and typing.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Physical Activities/Working Conditions
The position requires the employee to:
- Sit frequently and stand, walk and bend regularly.
- Occasionally lift supply boxes weighing 25 pounds or more.
- Use office equipment including personal computer, keyboard and mouse.
- Frequently interact with others in person, over the phone and via email and other devices.
- Be subject to high-pitched continuous noise when in the mailroom.
- Work occasional variable hours as required.
